Yes, I can write properly in Enligsh and I am fluent in Chinese. Recently I have been learning how to type Chinese. During the process I found that interleaving Chinese and English forces me to think about languages in a complete different way.

會Chinese to 英文translation並不代表you can do中文翻English。Why? Because Chinese and English 是完全不同的語言and you need 完全different 技巧, 知識, and thinking logic . But it's 不夠. 當a good writer, you need to 閱讀、很多的 reading。 And I wish I 有那種美國時間。
